It features a Spartan 3A FPGA which handles both video VGA output, and input from two NES controllers.

Maybe you could develop a Natami Jr while you get other things ironed out?  No?  Ok.

No.  The Gameduino is very real and it can be controlled through an SPI connection.  The plans and files are up on github so anyone can make it.

The Natami team wanted to make the Natami smaller but you can see how small the Gameduino board is?  Wouldn't it be worth exploring to see whether the Gameduino is worth it?  You could essentially trade off size for a smaller version.

Someone using a Propeller chip also did something with the Gameduino so I wouldn't mind someone porting the Gameduino to the Natami or Minimig.  I suppose if there was enough FPGA memory, it could fit on there with the Natami.

If I had the money, I would be developing more and making the Gameduino as the graphics engine to a small computer but I have a Cortex M4 to work with right now.

For now they didn't make it at all.

You get one last chance to clarify exactly what you mean with this.  Why is my Natami system running here on my desk a dream?

You have not responded to a single one of my challenges. Since you do not even manage to do that, after this every post like yours will get mercilessly deleted as trolling.

What is working and what is not at the moment has been discussed here a lot and also announced by Thomas for each major revision.

If the "Natami" you think of is some fantasy system invented by speculation on what could be done in the future in forum threads, then no, there is no such system.

I am sorry that there are not anyone left here like Gunnar that can distract you with fantasy discussions instead of discussing the actual development of the system :)

yes i am sure about it.

Now fools are prepared to pay. Talks about kickstarter, "only" 950000$.

The finale would be getting huge money and ending with piece of crap.

That's all.

But lets not disturb your money project as fools want it and still believe. Not my problem, but i want to warn those who still have a brain.

Wait a minute. The ONLY people who have paid money for Natami is us testers and of course Thomas himself. And of course, for that money we got our dev systems.

We have constantly told people that no pre-orders or such will not be accepted until the system is ready for public release. And constantly refused every offer of money. Did you somehow miss out on this?

The only people talking about kickstarter stuff have been random forum posters not related to Natami development.

How on earth can you turn that into "Natami is a scam to get money"? Wouldn't that include, you know, charging money for something?

really noone has paid anything for it (except Thomas and some people doing testing) so nobody can moan. The whole situation is not satisfying and nobody can answer questions about future but nobody here has lost anything (except loosing some time reading this forum and hopes and expectations)

So, you write vague accusations that you cannot give proper arguments to support, and when your fallacies are challenged you instead chose to bail out? There is opinion and there is groundless slander. I would categorise your input as the latter.
