| Hi Loriano, Many people - me included - would love to see a video with photos sliding slightly slower, if possible. How about making a series of zoom-ins and outs while focusing on a single photo a bit longer? :) What do you think? Regards

Yes, I agree, the C64C is probably the best looking keyboard computer. I like how the case is quite a bit lower behind the upper end of the keyboard. It looks very slick.

| Hey Loriano, Looks like you're getting a lot of crap off certain people for putting a piece of paper with the word AMIGA on it on your pictures. Hope you get it all sorted out. Don't worry, you won't be getting any complaints from us about Natami logo! :) Andy

| AFAIK he used the latest Natami logo so what is there to complain about? I think if bill saw it one of two things could happen... ;)

Why ? They asked you to remove the Amiga logo from the video, you did and whats the big deal ? I dont see whats the big fuss all about. Evenmore why would this stress you out ? You would better try to calculate the final price for your case and see if you can get enough interested people.

| They keep butting in every thread...keep underlining it's their name etc...I never intended producing the case with any names, just to give people ideas...Anyway the guys over at amiga.org have found out that the Amiga name is DEAD and not Registered any more, this is Amiga name software related...weird and Amiga as the name of hardware is registered by Amiga Inc. which went bankrupt...I wonder if there is actually nobody owning its name! Going to do some work on Thursday and Friday on the case and find out about the final price this week end. Thanks...

| @Loriano Congratulations with creating a very nice looking case! Personally I liked this better than the first prototype in steel (or was it aluminium?). Too bad C-USA distracted you. I guess they were just afraid of losing a couple of sales, he he... ;) Hmmm... So the Amiga name is dead now? Officially been dead since 19th of September 2011 ( my birthday, by the way ;) ) ? ... What a mess! Strange. Why did Franko withheld this information, and how did he know it in the first place? Well, if this is true, maybe the Amiga community could get the rights to the Amiga name and end this nonsense once for all.

Hi Loriano,I thought that I couldn't have a more negative opinion of C=USA than I already did. They've shown me that it could always be more negative! I always wanted the "big box" computer as you couldn't get enough of everything in the smaller cases.... That's not true today at all! In fact, the biggest piece of equipment is the CD/DVD/Blu Ray nowadays.... and those are NOT unneeded components, not for a few more years. But, my NatAmi MUST have a floppy disk drive.... and truly, computers STILL aren't ready for a netbook form factor yet! "Are you kidding?" you may be saying. But it's TRUE! Look at these 25 and higher megabit modems.... you going to squeeze that into your netbook? And a high end graphics chip (heat), and lots of RAM too??? No, netbooks are my favourite, but won't "cut the mustard" for about 7 years from now. Until then, the X500 Plus is an excellent choice... Until the Amiga Fantasy is made (by Loriano)!!!! :-D :-D

... you should buy/re-register the Trademark, then charge *them* for using it :D That would be _awesome_

| Trademarks must be contested to be valid. I.e., even if he buys it, there's a long road to make it actually valid.

Just Google for "trademark register" or "trademark search" and you'll find that a lot of countries have an online form that you can use to find trademarks by name, company or even an "image description" :) Often you can narrow it down to specific industries or market segments and classifications (like on the UK one). Once I'd found on Amiga trademark I found there was a link to all the trademarks that company (Amiga Inc) held. Took less than 5 minutes for me to do it, Franko was probably just curious back when C-USA appeared on the scene.

That would have immense comedy drama.

| This raises a good point: I wonder if it's important for someone from the community to snap it up before anyone else. Maybe there should be a funding drive with AROS-like bounties (power2people?)
