Through AmigaWorld.net I've found that this game:
EXTERNAL LINK 
Is being developed considering the Amiga Platform (Though it is not clear which one).

Would be a good idea to contact the development team and see if it will be possible to have a native NatAmi version too?

The license is GPL so anybody with an up-to-date C++ compiler should be able to build it.  The Amiga version is OS 4 PPC if you look on the download page.  I don't know whether it is built with SDL or Allegro though.
