Natami MX As a FPGA Development Board

few question for a team. Can upcoming MX board be easily used for developing my own FPGA project?
i do need DVI/HDMI output, ethernet and USB, and serial port. and ability to upload FPGA bitstream easily. ATA and the rest is not.
And it's based on Altera Cyclone IV, not xilinx.

Is standard JTAG adapter ok to upload my bitstream or is it more complex on that board?

And of course - when not doing this, and when Natami FPGA bitstream will be available - put Natami FPGA bitstream and have Natami.

Is is possible to buy single board for that? at what price?
