just in case, a dumb video, a little boring and lengthy, but might give you an impression of current functionality and speed of aros and scalos on a genuine amiga. and also how you can let it crash quite easily. well, masybe not the whole system, but scalos at least.

How does AROS68k compare to AmigaOS speedwise? I'd expect it to be much slower because it has to be portable and should be written in a style that allows future improvements more easily but I'd like to have some estimates. What is the hardware in the first video? The second is an A4000 with 060, right? How many MHz?

EDIT: OK, sorry, I probably was low on caffeine... So both videos were made using an 060 Amiga... The only questions that remain: how many MHz, RTG or AGA, a rough estimate how AROS68k compares to AOS...

its a stock 50mhz, overclockind wouldnt do any much noticeable difference anyway.
