Some have been waiting since the fall of Escom and Gateway some even have been waiting since the fall of Commodore.
I've been patient for a little under 3 years now, Some have been waiting for 12 or more years.(I've actually been waiting a little less.)

All the workbench screen shots are in 256 colors, AWeb was also 256 colors. The JPGs were displayed in HAM8 which can in theory have up to 200,000 colors depending on the picture Cheers

I usual use PPaint. With a big Image, scale it, reduce the colors by hand and paste it in IconEdit from OS3.9.
The same works if you want have the image Contains for the Icons.
PPaint can save Icons too without IconEdit but i think this was limited to NewIcons and OS3.9 icons are unsupported.

Sorry to break your dream guys :-( The Natami is not ready for normal use. The new Motherboards produced are for devs. Natami should come soon for us but not in one or two months.
The Annika Diary will be finished in one month, is what I understand.
So the best of Natami will be show at the end, but What is the best of Natami? ;-) maybe lot of good surprises I wish :-)

And In addition to Art Effect cited by Wawa Tk, if I remember correctly: TVPaint,
Perfect Paint,
and fx Paint do the job for icons in PNG format with Layer as alpha channel enabled.
