I've been having problems since the beginning of the year. Tsunami? Sure, why not?

Perhaps ~70 feet above river.
2.5 miles from the river, 7 miles from the mouth.
Edit, okay, here's the low down....
EXTERNAL LINK So unless I'm out there swimming, with more chance of getting hypothermia than waved, the lightning storm last week presented me a greater chance of being electrocuted! There were only 2 claps and I don't know if they hit the ground, even.
